Pastor Lam graduated from Biblical Graduates School of Theology (BGST) with a Master in Christian Studies. He is the Author of our "Elements of Life series of books" as well as the advising Pastor to ensure that our "Adonai" series of books are accurate.

He served in Thomson Road Baptist Church (Sunset Worship) as the congregational pastor from 2001~2007. In 2009, God prompted him to go to China as a missionary. With the conviction from God and a fearful heart, he went to China on his own, not supported by any organization. There, he founded a Chinese Mission Organisation in 2011, ministering to the minorities in Western China with Chinese Missionaries from the more developed cities. By God's grace, the ministry has grown rapidly and now it has some 20+ local missionaries ministering in an area 400 times the size of Singapore. Pastor Lam continues to act as the chairman of the organization although he is now primarily based in Singapore.
